  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes. Open the Billing page in your account settings to manage or cancel your plan. If you subscribed through PayPal, cancel the recurring payment from your PayPal account directly, since PayPal does not support cancelling from our site.

  • How do refunds work?

    If something went wrong with a charge, email us with your account email and the receipt and we'll review it case by case. Reaching out sooner rather than later helps us sort it out quickly.

  • Which features are included in paid plans?

    Every paid plan unlocks the full feature set for that tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any unused balance carries over when you change plans.

  • Why didn't I receive my credits?

    Credits are granted once per account. Signing up from multiple devices or IP addresses to claim duplicate credits is treated as abuse and those credits are not issued. If your balance looks wrong, contact us with your account email.
